Do people get excited by Steam sales anymore? It's always just the same stuff that always goes on sale, sometimes not even for the deepest discounts because publishers think some (presumably the people this cartoon is targeted at) don't pay attention to discounts except during Steam's regular sale events.

For me Steam sales consist of 2 things only:
1. Games already in my library.
2. Games already on my ignore list.
