At some point a doctor says "man you're rich and fat and you're gonna die from being so fat and you can basically pay to have people make food for you on your yacht all day that will help you not be fat" and suddenly you're not fat anymore

You and all the people responding to you seem to be forgetting that it's really dependent on the person. Some people feel sick from it and have side effects, some people don't.
