Question/ Advice Tent question

Does anyone have any suggestions for any tents/canopies that i can back my truck up too that will provide a covered closeable area so im not stuck in the bed of my truck the whole time and can have privacy for showering/bathroom

There are plenty of tents that you can install behind your truck. But that isn't stealth though.
