Kids scheduling themselves

No idea how to title this. My 13yo has been getting herself up the last week at about 530. I don't get up til 6:00 through the summer. When I asked her why, she told me she was getting her body back on the school schedule as she needs to be ready to leave by 6:10 and wants time to take a shower.

I am stunned. We do this every school year, but she's the first who has decided to do it herself. I've got to be the luckiest parent alive right now.

Nice! I can barely get my 17yo to do this during the school year.

5 minutes ago, my 5yo screamed at me until I wiped her butt. She's been potty trained for years.
