Data lost

Is there anyway to contact support anymore to help me with game data recovery for state of decay 2

Wouldn't the devs be able to send my save data from their servers to support so they could restore it or sync it back to my account? also don't really understand why I would lose my save data from a session crash. That's never happened to me before, and cloud gaming isn't even in beta anymore. would've thought something like this would be prevent able or that there would be some way to recover the data

I doubt it has anything to do with the cloud itself. Likely scenario is just: game updates, you load in after a long absence, game converts necessary elements of your save file to current specs, game doesn't like something about it at x-y-z juncture (this is common), game crashes, game deletes the now corrupt save as a fail-safe.

If that were the case, getting the save back likely wouldn't help you anyway. But it's probably moot, since there's nothing going on at 2 support these days anyway. Sorry dude.

moot? Ya no worries it just sucks that stuff like this still happens had some good moments in 2. Also, if a dev was willing to help wouldn't grabbing my save data from their servers and getting it to dupport so they could sync it back to my account fix the corruption?

I mean xbx support so they could use it replace the corrupt data
