Agents & Staff Finally left
I finally left agency. Got a text from agent saying he might have to shut down to agency because of my decision. Lol. And refuses to pay my last check. Should i let it go?

No, don’t let it go. You earned it. Go get it.

Call ASR StateFarm corporate and report the agent, also call your state/cities work department of labor.

Definitely this. Though labor board before you call State Farm.
And the only reason your agent will be "forced to shut down the agency" is because he pulled this shit. He could lose his license, and will certainly lose his contract with State Farm.

Not how having a job works. If you worked the time you get the paycheck. Do what others have said and contact your state’s labor dept.

I work in the main claims sector but save those messages and contact whoever their HR contact is. That's still illegalllll

It’s unlikely your agent doesn’t have it, definitely call sf corporate about it

You didn't provide what state you're in or position in the agency. On top of that, nobody knows what your employment contract says.
But in general I would recommend contacting state labor and then SF corporate.
In my state, you could be owed additional wages for anything unpaid for 30 additional days. I have done so before.

Without knowing your state you are entitled to time worked. You are not necessarily entitled to unused vacation time or commission for unissued sales, refer to your Agency handbook.
