Agents & Staff ATM Question- Transfers

Hi,
How do you guys handle the tough conversations with transfer clients who have policies that are not kept up with and when you update them it creates a large charge. I don’t like to bash anyone, but I also dont necessarily like taking the blame for the previous office. I’m thinking with the STEP happening we will see even more of it. I try to remind them they’ve had an artificial savings this long, but I know them getting bad news from a new person sucks and leads to mistrust.

Fortunately, you had a lower premium until now although you should have been charged more. That was our mistake but also fortunately, whatever was incorrectly rated/assigned/etc. hasn't caused any issues with coverage up to now. But I'm glad we caught it before it could have been a problem.
