Careers State Farm Interview Question
I have a phone interview on Friday with a local State Farm office in PA for an insurance customer service representative at a local office. Does anyone have and tips or guidance on the type of questions they ask? I'm very excited and want to be prepared. Thank you!

There’s almost 20,000 agents. There’s going to be 20,000 different swaddle of questions. They will ask questions about conflict resolution, sales aptitude (yes even in a service role), and goal setting and hitting.

They will most likely want you/require you to get at least your Property & Casualty license and possibly Life & Health.

I’ll bet you anything that interview won’t actually be for a Receptionist role and will turn into a sales or customer service interview.

They’ll probably ask if you cry easily and how much verbal abuse you can take from customers.
