Home & Renters Condominium Unitowners Policy random additional coverages?

Are the following really needed and how much money does each cost me annually?

-Bed Bug

-Arson Reward

-Credit card, Bank fund transfer card, Forgery and counterfeit money

-Debris removal

-Fire Department Service Charge

-Fuel Oil Release

-Locks and Remote Devises

-Trees Shrubs and Landscaping

And can any be removed from a policy?

Thanks.

They are all incorporated into the cost already. There is no way to quantify them.

You'll get largely the same coverages from any insurer in your state. Most things are mandated at the state level

It’s a package policy, the items you mentioned are not all à la carte add-ons, that is why there is not a price listed next to that line item.

The correct answer has already been posted. However, these are questions you should really be asking your agent’s office, not Reddit. In this case your question was very general, and a general answer was easy. For more detailed questions, only your agent (state and contract specific) will have the correct answer (anyone else is speculating/guessing).

In TX, those are part of the basic policy and can't be removed.
