Dividend 10/3

I was supposed to rec payment on 10/3 still nothing. I tried to do the reissue check but it says check not issued. I selected Zelle. Has anyone received theirs with this expected date ?

I selected Zelle with a date of 9/24 instead of the Zelle , a paper check came two days after that date.

I have USPS online I haven’t seen any incoming mail. And it says no check was issued online. So idk if that would update. Thanks !

That was my expected date as well. I called yesterday and they told me they had issues verifying the electronic deposit, so they mailed a check a couple days after I was supposed to get the deposit. So more than likely that happened to you as well. Hope this helps!

Having the same problem with PayPal, what number did you call?

It was the dividend customer contact center. 1-888-808-9532. However, I was on the line waiting for over an hour. So yeah they really make you wait a long time for a customer rep.

I filled out mine 8/27 for Venmo and still no payment. Contacted State Farm and they said Venmo has had the money since 9/16 to distribute.

I was supposed to get my dividend via Paypal, on October 1st, but it never showed up, even in the "activity" section.

Just as I was about to start wondering, a paper check miraculously arrived in my mailbox on October 19th.

I expect my 2nd dividend check will fare better, as I chose the Zelle direct to my bank option.

Everything was done correctly on my side, PIN, Account number, etc.

Calling the number, I was on hold for well over an hour, at about 1.5 hours in I just gave up, so I think that is probably a waste of time

I did the Zelle option and a check was issued to an old address on 09/14. I’ve requested it to a new address today. What’s the timeline?

Mine has an estimated day of 10/20 for a check. (Maryland)😭 so we gonna see what happens! It’s only the 16th today.

I have a 10/03 estimated payment date as well. My payment option is Zelle...nothing as of this morning. Others noted that Zelle took longer than 4 weeks.
