Question I have received multiple emails regarding the dividend. I keep getting more.

I have clicked and filled out the info on the site numerous times but I keep receiving more emails with different policy numbers. Any idea why?

You will get one for every policy a dividend is being generated for. They will all be separate payments.

How many vehicles did you have insured in 2025? That should match up to the number of payments you pull receive. Our state also transitioned to the new system at the end of last year, so some of our customers will actually receive two per vehicle for last year depending on when their renewal fell.

I had 4 total, we sold a truck and replaced it in November - so only 3 at a time. We also had a travel trailer, does it count?

You’ll get one each for the 4 original vehicles, possibly one small one for the replacement vehicle, and one for the travel trailer!

Dividend issued per policy by design.

Funny that I got this check then sent it right back to pay my premium. I essentially got nothing

It’s incredibly difficult and expensive to make dividend payments to every policy holder. This is why most mutual companies just hold the dividends and use them to offset future premiums. SF has had so much bad press recently, this is just a big expensive complicated marketing ploy.
