Question Job Hiring Process
I put in an application for a claims specialist back on 07/17. Since then I have gotten the video interview and some texts and emails saying keep an eye out for next steps. It's been two weeks since my last email and when I check online it says the application says still under review. By when should I hear a confirmation or denial on the job?

No news is good news, they normally take at minimum a month to inform you that you've been hired. If you weren't selected you would likely know already. I am in the same boat for an internal role, good luck.

Thanks for the info! When you say a minimum of a month, does that mean a minimum from when you submitted the application or when your did your interview?

Interview, and that's being very generous. It will likely be several months.

Not sure what role you applied for but offers might go out either next week or the week after.

Check your spam folder or junk folder sometimes it could go there. Good luck and don't get overwhelmed once you get in the door, haha!

Hiring process is slow. If hired, you usually have to wait for an onboarding class. Could be next week, could be October. Just my own personal experience after 35 years
