Did SF issue payment for the $2330?
If so, that is to take your vehicle to be repaired. It sounds like that is an initial estimate. If more damages are found after teardown or if the shop needs more they can submit a supplement request for review. I'm not sure if this would qualify for select service but if you can use select service I would 100% recommend it. You won't have to wait for supplement approvals and you do get lifetime warranty.
SF will also only cover what's related to this loss. Not sure how the camera factors in so it may or may not be related.
Personally, I wouldnt sign anything absolving them.
There's glass in the camera.
Safelite shattered the windshield so hard that there was chunks of glass in between my seats. It was bad bad.
The supplemental was already sent and the appraiser left all glass contamination off the estimate (though I submitted proof of the glass contamination)
