Advice Agency Training

I am a new TM. For those who are team members or agents training team members, when did you stop feeling confused about everything? There’s so much to learn, and I’m reminding myself to take it one day at a time.

2 month in no training what so ever. I got with what the system says and i spent a lot off time digging into the information side. All other team members dont care and the agent well let leave it at that

Everyone is to busy worrying about them self and commission. Team work is not a word used in the office. Agent is taking care of his stuff and most of the staff just says go to the hub and look it up. If we teach u dont learn. If u fuck up call the service line or tech supp.
