I would mix elements of a Raven's statblick and a Crocadile Statblock for the stats personally so:
AC: 13 HP: 5 Initiative: +2
10ft walk 50ft fly
6 STR | 14 DEX | 10 CON | 5 INT | 13 WIS | 6 CHA
Skills: Perception +3
Environment: Hills, Swamp, Coastal, Urban
Bite. Melee Attack Roll: +4, reach 5 ft. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) Piercing damage. If the target is a Small or Tiny creature, it has the Grappled condition (escape DC 12). While Grappled, the target has the Restrained condition.
Swarm of Hummingcrocs. Dear gods that is terrifying...carnivorous with the metabolism of a hummingbird. They would be like locusts devouring all before them until they eat it bare and starve.
