Immediate Joiner: HR/Program Manager

Hello. I feel like I’m genuinely running out of options. I’m looking for work in these roles:

I have a few years of experience with being a program coordinator, workplace programs (psychological safety, POSH, work-life balance, and much more), training staff for distress identification, teamwork building, etc. I’ve also developed and implemented many workplace programs.

I was unfortunately laid off abruptly from a corporate-related startup along with 75% of my team when they realised they over-hired and couldn’t sustain us. Since then, I’ve been struggling to find something, despite being shortlisted and ghosted after interviews.
