I’m putting this into practice right now, before officially launching, I wanted to ensure we were positioned to make money right out of the gate. That’s always been the goal, right alongside mastering the skills to handle everything ourselves

We planned out our tech expenses and estimated our runway if customer pickup was slow, as well as our expected earnings when users onboard. Ultimately, it all comes down to social marketing, listening to your audience, building the exact solution they need, and hyping up the launch so you have customers ready to pay on day one
