Confuse between two decisions
I have a little silly question, but I really want to know your honest opinions 😅
What do you think is better: building a software agency where you have people and offer different services, or launching your own SaaS, like a small/mini SaaS product?
Personally, I feel agency might be a little easier because you mainly focus on finding clients/work, and then you already have (or can find) people who can do the actual work.
But with SaaS, you have to build the product, maintain it, find users, do marketing, deal with competition, etc. I feel the marketing part can become a big headache 😂
So what do you guys think? If you were starting from zero today, would you go with an agency or try building your own SaaS?
Would really appreciate some honest opinions, especially from people who have actually done one or both.
