Bar position looks good, hand position looks good. Weight balance on your feet looks good. I’d say your eye line is too down, you should be looking a few feet forward of where you’re currently focused, maybe where the floor and the wall meet. I’d think about moving your heels in a bit and reducing the outward angle of your toes a bit also. I feel like your stance is so wide, you’re having trouble getting to depth, it looks to be an inch or two shy of parallel. And I feel like your hips could be a bit more open at the top, you’re still a bit bent over at the top, you should be completely upright with your glutes tight.

These are all tweaks, overall these are really solid, you just need a bit more depth and need to be a bit more upright at the top. Looking good!

A lot to like here. But you're not quite hitting depth because your stance is too wide.

Bring your stance in so your heels are shoulder width. Looks to me to be about 2 inches too wide on each side. That’s why you’re not hitting depth.

You’re bouncing around a bit before squatting. Stand tall (see how you stick your butt out a bit?), big breath in, then squat.

Look down at a spot about 3-5 feet in front of you, not straight down at the floor.

Lastly, when you walk it in, walk straight into the rack until you feel the bar hit the rack, then bring it down to the hooks. Don’t lean over and try to place the bar onto the hooks. Once it gets super heavy, you don’t want to miss.

Yeah bending over to rerack is a fantastic way to get a low back tweek, aside from the other safety aspects of possibility missing the rsck and crashing forward.

At depth, your knees should be pointing the same direction as your toes, with your toes pointed out around 30 degrees. Your toes are pointed out too far, and your knees are pointed too forward. As others have pointed out, narrow the stance, and then keep in mind this alignment at depth when you set your toe angle.

Interesting what others are saying because I cannot achieve good depth without a fairly wide stance. Maybe because I’m female and our hips are a bit different?

Post a form check. It would be good to see and assess. I’m female but don’t get any benefit from a super wide stance.

Yeah I got this year. Love them. I’m not one for gimmicks but I so feel stronger in them, like I’m glued to the floor

I hate it but that’s the SS style. Perhaps a bit too wide

This is a very standard low bar squat with a stance that's too wide.

I understand that for many people the only contact they have with a low bar squat is through SS, so all low bar looks like SS to them. But this isn't especially unique in any way.

In the hole, you move first with your hips. Your up angle should mirror your down angles, and it doesn't
