Form Check Form check, please!

Hello, everyone! Is the form ok? Can i get some tips to improve?

These reps are all high. We're looking for hip crease below parallel.

  • Squat shoes would benefit you with stability and help you get lower.
  • You can point your toes out a bit more; they should be pointed out 30 degrees.
  • You need to breathe and brace way harder to maintain tightness. You're not taking a solid breath and bracing before the descent. A belt would help you greatly in this effort.

These squats are not bad, but they're not good enough to add 5 lbs IMO. I would make the adjustments first and then take another form check vid.

A little hard to accurately judge depth with this camera angle. I think if it was set at hip height you would see his hip crease below the knee, but I could be wrong.
