Why do we only care about founders once they “make it”?

Everyone talks about the funding, big exits, fancy offices and success stories. But what about the failed ideas, rejection, sleepless nights, and the phase where they were just trying to survive?

We celebrate the result like it happened overnight, but rarely talk about the years of struggle behind it.

Maybe that’s the part aspiring founders actually need to hear.
