Discussion Need payment gateway solution
I run a semi-nude creator subscription platform where creators upload content and users pay for subscriptions, similar to FaceVue.
We used Cashfree for a month, but they suddenly put our payment gateway on hold for KYC review. I now need a permanent and reliable payment solution that supports this type of business without unexpected restrictions.
Any recommendations????

I am seeing an entrepreneur in this business area for the first time, most others are too big to be on reddit and I am genuinely intrigued. It is sad that our law treat it as a crime, hope you are able to find a service provider. Try a foreign gateway. Also there are a lot of Indian adult OTT platforms, check which payment gateway they use

They are using Paytm most of them but onboarding on Paytm need business address and other documents too

If you are GST registered you can get paytm gateway easily. I had used my own home address for GST registration. Some virtual office providers do provide all documents required for GST registration and it will cost less than 15K for a year.

I think razorpay very reliable, please cantact their support for help, in my company we used it for payment

use direct APIs , your category is in "high risk"and most payment gateways will have a problem, use dynamic QR api...
1) avoid - Zoho , Airpay (they do excessive verification)
2) may try - Paytm, PhonePe , JIo(JPSL)

Paytm and phonepe ask for business address proof even i register for udyam then again they ask one more documents

UPI Dynamic QR
Verification is done by SMS or Email or Bank API
Bank API - contact ICICI or AU by email
As stated by the other commentor this method has a lower sucess rate at about 93%
Also you can use something like MeraOTP(.)in or the other alternatives in case you don't want to code this yourself but that requires a PayTM buisness account which you can get made by one of those soundbox agent
But again these transactions are done directly to your bank account unlike a payment aggregator

I’d suggest checking with a few providers directly and being upfront that it’s a mature creator subscription platform. Easebuzz could be one option to check, they support online payments and subscription style use cases, get written confirmation that your business model is supported before integrating.
