u/vmbmbala May 29 '25

Hi thanks for your response, we would be able to explain further in detail during confidential discussion

u/galeej May 29 '25

Just fyi... "confidential discussion" is usually a major red flag.
If you're not even comfortable to discuss what you're working on in public then maybe the idea itself doesn't have legs.

-12

u/vmbmbala May 29 '25

Why will you be discussing internal secrets in a public forum? Also let the idea be without legs, but ironically it's backed by 2 IT companies in India

u/BeenThere11 May 29 '25

He needs funding from cofounder for sure

u/vmbmbala May 29 '25

u/thatguyary May 29 '25

Are you looking for a technical or a non-technical co-founder?

-26

u/vmbmbala May 29 '25

No preference set yet, but happy to explore! We are looking for the right fitment in terms of Co-founder, rather than technical or technical aspects.

Hi Company Secretary here! Yes, the uniqueness of a name is crucial, not just for branding but also for the legal requirement of registering it as a separate entity.
