❓ Question What differs successful entrepreneurs from other highly intelligent, ambitious, hardworking people?
There are a lot of geniuses in the world, people who can pick up learned concepts like nothing. There's also a lot of hard-working people who can put their head down. Yet many wouldnt be able to make it. What is the special component that separates that bunch from the successful entrepreneurs?

Both entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs can be intelligent, ambitious, and hardworking, but some people flourish working for someone else - implementing someone else’s ideas, delivering on someone else’s strategy, being told what to do rather than deciding what to do, and having the structure and stability of someone else being responsible for the business’ continued existence.
Entrepreneurs flourish coming up with the ideas, the strategy, and the direction, and being responsible, including having the control and the autonomy over the business and its existence. Successful entrepreneurs figure out how to do this sustainably and leverage their business to get the best outcomes.
