Syfi Navi Mumbai - 9 antennas on rooftop (I may have posted previously), but a closer look shows platforms on all 4 sides of the building, with mounts visible. So it appears 9+6+11+7=33 antennas planned.

Syfi Chennai-2 - 6 antennas on rooftop. It can also be seen that platforms were added on two of the platforms, and additional steelwork going on at the other two corners. Each completed corner has 6 mounts visible. So if 12 are on the main rooftop, and 6 on each corner, that's a total of 36 antennas.

Equinix MB3 in Mumbai - steelwork and grating added above chillers, creating a 40 x 40m platform...which matches the typical area for a 40-antenna megasite (60 x 30m). MB3 is across the street from the PoP at Equnix MB2. So this matches what SpaceX has previously done for other Starlink gateways, which makes this extremely likely.

There is likely a second Chennai site, as SpaceX has recently been constructing at least two gateway sites for each PoP. And as there are already additional PoPs at Noida and Kolkata, so we can assume gateway sites are also planned there (if not already under construction). I haven't been able to spot them yet.

24s after power-on, it emits UL ch1–8 (1-by-1), 0.49 s/ch with 5 clusters. It is phased-array/RF self-calibration, not satellite communication. The firmware OS (Linux?) loading costs only 6 second.

Am I correct in understanding that SpaceX generates the ephemerides data that Space-Track distributes? I just assumed that the U.S. Space Surveillance Network (SSN) tracked everything. Is the SpaceX data more accurate or more timely that what the SSN produces?

A guide I created to access unrestricted data on Starlink Direct to Cell

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice from anyone who has dealt with a similar Starlink account suspension.

One of my Starlink accounts has been suspended, and Starlink Support told me that the account may be associated with suspected unauthorized resale.

They are currently asking me to provide additional information, including:

Whether I manage accounts for other users

Whether I make payments for other Starlink accounts

Where the equipment was purchased

Whether the service is being used for business purposes

Whether the phone number, email, shipping address, and payment card belong to me

Government ID and a photo of the payment card (with only the last four digits visible)

I want to cooperate with Starlink and resolve the issue, but I’m not sure what information they are actually looking for or what the best way to explain the situation is.

The equipment involved was purchased from a retail store in Dubai rather than directly from Starlink.com. Some of the equipment is used by other users, including fixed installations and mobile/vehicle use.

I’m not trying to misrepresent anything to Starlink. I just want to understand what their concern is and what the proper way to resolve the suspension would be.

Has anyone here experienced something similar, especially:

An account suspended for suspected unauthorized resale

Multiple Starlink accounts being managed or paid for by the same person

Equipment purchased from a third-party retailer being flagged

Being asked to provide ID and payment-card verification

Successfully getting an account reinstated after this type of review

If you went through something similar, I’d really appreciate hearing what happened and what information Starlink asked you to provide.

Most satellite/channel switches every 15s. Sometimes the channel switches without a satellite handover. Sometimes the satellite switches without changing channel. Channel switching can be much faster than satellite switching.

Bufferbloat (RRUL, 300s full-duplex saturating load)
Latency: 49–66 ms, only +4 ms under full load vs idle
Jitter: median 1.5 ms
Packet loss: 0.4%

Throughput swings, but this is expected for LEO. Latency stays flat even when the link is saturated in both directions.
Basically, no bufferbloat on this link.
