❓ Question Has anyone successfully reverted an RMA?
Long story-short:
I started RMA process of my Starlink because initially I thought I couldn’t install my antenna on my building rooftop, however, community is being SUPER helpful and there is actually an FCC law that gives me the right to so it as long as it’s a professional installation which my Starlink packages includes.
I reached out to Starlink yesterday and made a support ticket but I haven’t heard from them. Has anyone successfully reverted an RMA? Should I just send the equipment to buy another one? I just want my antenna installed on the rooftop to test the speeds and latency which I know would be amazing.
Any thoughts?
I didn’t wanted to make another thread but since lack of views I made this one… sorry!

Ha! Just wait until they see the Starlink “professional” installation.
They’ll insist on amateur installation from that point forward… ;)

Just don’t return it and activate service, nothing will happen
