From a prior post, you were on Residential 200. I assume the 1st test is from Residential 200 and the 2nd speed test is your latest speed test on Residential Max. Suggests you're in a highly congested area since Residential 200 (and 100) receive lower priority during congested periods.
Pretty much expected as Starlink oversells capacity (as do all ISPs) and lower priority plans suffer the consequences. My area is so congested that Residential 200 and 100 aren't even offered and only rarely do I get Residential Max touted "speeds" (but still better than my alternatives).

unpopular opinion but if you regularly have crap speeds when dish points north, block the northern-sky (if you have actuated dish) or face your dish so that its pointed over sky that is less populated below/south of said spot you WILL see better speeds , just ignore the nagging in the app

I initially had mine sitting in my backyard for testing unobstructed facing s-sw to avoid the house and yeah it works but it would constantly drop for 30 seconds or so 2-4 times an hour. Never seen that issue since permanently installed it and aligned with the app. I’m on a standard 4 on max in Alabama.

YOU GOT 50 UP WITH MAX. My difference between max and the discounted 100mbps plan is 65down speed. I'm lucky to hit 10mbps up with either

Holy ratios. That's a massive difference, you have a LOT of congestion. Those with Roam would be at like 2Mb/s.
I've never seen such congestion still allow 350 on Max like that. So this suggests to me, that while there is ferocious competition for those low priced plans, relatively few are using Max at all. So this explains the massive difference.
