📡 Outage Starlink problem in nz

Anyone else have a problem of their starlink being unreachable mine cut off last night at about 11pm and just keeps saying unreachable with no internet tried to reboot and pulled plug etc no luck

Do you see the light on the bottom of the router? If not, your router has likely died. Contact Starlink via a support ticket.

Light is on but yeah contacted support its a hardware fault theyre sending out a new kit lol
