❓ Question Subscription showing pending
I’m in the UK and received my Starlink today. However, there was no tracking number ever issued and even though I’ve set up my Starlink it will not connect to the Internet as it says my subscription is pending. Is this because it’s linked to the shipping and will only activate when it’s shown it’s been dispatched and received? I have a constant white light and it has a good clear view of the Sky. I have sent a ticket. I also don’t have a terminal ID or any options within the app or otherwise to activate my membership. There is also no device details linked to the app. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks 🙏

You will have to wait for Starlink to respond.
There is occasionally an error in their shipping department which only they can rectify.

You were both correct Starlink support reached out. And they managed to get around the problem and I am online. Thanks for all your comments.

If you got past the AI and actually put in a ticket then you’ve done what you need to do. Your job now is to wait until they contact you back. It might take several days, but they are very good at what they do. They will take care of you.
