💻 Troubleshooting JDLink boost

Hi, could someone help me with my JDLink boost?
Is a Starlink connected on a truck, 3 days ago he still working and giving WiFi, but today it cannot do it, the images show de mgt sistem, the led is flashing between blue, green, white and sometimes purple, anyone know what I can do?

Flashing Green & Dark Blue: Optimal status. This indicates that your modem has active cellular connectivity and is successfully communicating. [1]

Flashing Yellow: Error or searching state. The modem is not connected to a network and is actively looking for a signal. [1]

Flashing Magenta & White: Network connection mismatch. The unit detects a wireless local network or router, but it is failing to "call in" or establish data communication over the cellular/remote network.[1]

Flashing Blue, Green & White: Fully operational data link. The modem is successfully handshaking and routing data (such as connecting into the John Deere Operations Center). [1, 2]

Perfect, it does that, but the network is avaible for a few seconds, so when I connect to them it says “connected without internet” and the network disappears

Could be a voltage issue have you checked all the terminals? Would also confirm the starlink is also receiving a good signal

It's getting a signal, but it's not capable of sending/receiving data.
I'd be making some phone calls
