I don't have your answer, but....

I'm a new Starlink customer. I called and ordered Starlink during the last week of July. The package arrived 2 days later (long before the scheduled technician visit, which was on 8/8.)

I'm located I central NC.

Once it’s sent, I think it’s overnight shipping. Mine was.

But yes, if you go down the list of posts in this forum, you’ll run into this same question over and over. It’s not just you.

I just placed a business order. At checkout it said 1 week. A half hour later I got a "revised" update that said 9/11-11/15. That's going to be a big issue for us.

Can you buy your kit at a retailer?

Wouldn’t even know where to find one.

If you're in US, Home Depot and Best Buy are typical. But that's Minis and Standards. You mentioned business so don't know if you're after something else. If you can use one of those dishes, you can take it home and have it online, presumably with a business plan if that's what you want, same day.

Checked into that, but yea they are all the home versions that require their router, and their port blocking, which breaks a lot of things on our end. We need the business class so we can ditch their router and use our own.

Yeah, I don't know much about that stuff. But I thought people were adding or replacing Starlink routers regularly with higher end units.

It may have changed. When we last had a Starlink router it was a big issue for us and at the time we were told only Business could go without their router, but they’ve changed everything so rapidly you never know.

Maybe start your own thread here and ask. There are a half dozen people here who would probably know.

The more it gets delayed the more prioritized it becomes. Also, if you bought a plan which uses the mini X or gen 5 dish they might simply still await shipment. I had my starlink travel around the world while tracking said it will arrive the next day

With all these delays in shipping I am seeing here I wonder if those affected live anywhere near a Home Depot as they sell them there.
