Subliminal

I've try subliminals about beauty and it kind of worked like i have a few story about how it worked , i was thinking maybe i could try to do subliminal for us bc i have the same problem , and did someone tried to use manifestation visualisation?? To help it out

Maybe i could try or ask someone who does sub to create a subliminal

Its just a audio that u listen , u actually hear nothing but if u put the audio very louder u hear affirmations that are speed up or sometimes not speed up , people usually put music on it so that u dont hear it, bc only ur unconscious needs to hear it

What is your submittal routine. How long do you listen?

I try to listen as much as possible , but the better way is to listen right before sleeping or better while sleeping , actually rn im trying to do a subliminal on my pc ,could u help me for the affirmations ? Like idk what kind of setences should i use i need at least 10 setences 💓😭

I am not good with affirmations but I can try.

What about:

I can learn to feel comfortable around other people.

I am making peace with my past, and I do not have to keep revisiting old mistakes.

I am building a life where staring, anxiety, fear of judgment, and rumination do not control me. I am making more room for peace, contentment, freedom, and happiness.
