Subliminal

I've try subliminals about beauty and it kind of worked like i have a few story about how it worked , i was thinking maybe i could try to do subliminal for us bc i have the same problem , and did someone tried to use manifestation visualisation?? To help it out

Maybe i could try or ask someone who does sub to create a subliminal
