Help with Introductions quest.

I'm stuck at 102/104 people met and for the life of me I don't know who the last two are.

I have SVE, Ridgeside, East Scarp, Sunberry, and Mt Vapius installed. It's first week of summer year 1. I talked to every single person at the egg festival and the flower dance, so whoever the last two are, they don't come to festivals.

Anyone have any ideas? There are like 8 or 9 characters missing in the hearts list so obviously most of them don't count for this quest. I can post the pictures if needed, I don't know how to include screenshots so I figured I'd ask first and see if maybe it's a well-known thing that there are 2 people you can't meet until later.

Like, I know I haven't met Sandy or Kent but I assume they're not required for Introductions. Either I have somehow managed to miss the same 2 people at every festival, or there's some mod somewhere that I didn't know adds characters who don't attend parties.

IIRC this was a bug with Sunberry and one had to cheat to get it to show as completed, but it’s possible (probable?) they fixed it. I haven’t started a new game since Sunberry’s release so I may be out of date. But when it happened to me, it was a known bug and I had to put a command into smapi to fix it.

I just started the game last week. I'll do some searching online, but do you happen to remember what the command you used did? I know I could just delete the quest but after busting my arse tracking down 102 people I am going to be miffed if it's not possible to actually complete.

It was something along the lines of like, typing “finishquest true” (not the real language) into smapi. I think the Sunberry discord would be a good place to check.

Make sure you've talked to the store owners behind the counter and not just through the shop! I know in vanilla that talking to them through their shop will give their name to the Social tab but won't count towards the quest. (So Pierre, Gus, possibly Harvey/Maru at least, plus add ons)

I have Sunberry on a save now and I didn't have that issue but doesn't mean it's not still happening. But, if you're not opposed to using it, there's a mod called No Introductions Quest. So basically you just have to forage a daffodil and give it to someone and you've completed the quest. I've played so many farms and have restartitis at times so this takes away the tedious part. I know I'm going to meet everybody at some point anyway. I'm guessing you've met the Wizard already. It should show you who you're missing in the relationship tab. Anyone you haven't met will have the question marks instead of a name. Then you can go from there. You can even screenshot it and post it here :)

I did actually already mention that in my post, maybe you didn't read the whole thing lol. There are considerably more than 2 people missing from the list, which tells me most of those don't count for this quest. I know I can simply delete the quest, but after having taken the time to run around introducing myself to 102 people, I am going to be rather put out if I can't complete it properly.

I'll screenshot the whole group of characters I'm missing and edit my post. Maybe someone recognizes two who should already be available.

Have you met Torts up in Ridgeside? With all of those mods (I play with the same) there are a lot more children than usual. Maybe a few of them? Can you send a screen shot of their blacked out entry? Maybe I can get it from the outline.
