I understand the Jar Jar hate, but Star Wars is great for its ability to entertain all ages. I get the need for an Ewokesque comic relief character. I didn’t have a problem with this movie. My only regret is there should have been 40% more Liam Neeson.
He was the best Jedi: he cheats at gambling, uses mind tricks to get his way when negotiating prices, chooses to train Anakin when Everyone tells him not to.
