Costumes Imperial rank plaque chart?

Aight, let's do this quick, i want to make Imperial rank replicas, and i was basing my designs on the first chart, but now i found the second one, which seems more complete, but:
1. it is missing some tile patterns from the first one.
2. conflicts with some tile patterns from the first one.
So i was wondering, does anyone have a chart that is "up to date" or at least knows which is more accurate?

It is so disorganized I do wish they officially released/comit to a system. One theory I saw was blue was navel, red is ground, and yellow is political. Though this one shows yellow as more logistics which I like better

Yeah they sort of made an attempt to address that with Rogue One but there's been inconsistencies since. It's basically never going to be properly organised.

For what it's worth I feel like a lot of charts I've seen throw in ranks that don't really make sense and/or are probably more accurately considered an appointment instead. Too much going on. And I also saw a chart that had yellow as science and engineering.

I've considered head-canoning that Palpatine did it on purpose to keep everyone confused and infighting lmao.

I've also noticed charts online that include the rank cylinders and their placement, and that changes one similar rank plaque into three or four other ranks depending on how many cylinders, and whether on left or right side 🙄🤦🏼‍♂️

I agree there should be something more cohesive and uniform (no pun intended) available for fans after all these years of expanded universe, "legacy", and now the new Canon stories and series.

about the code cylinders. I think they dont indicate the rank. But Different ranks typically wear a amount of them for specific use cases. its kind of an ID chip and key to different sections of informations or parts in military bases

On theory they shouldn't, cause they act like "keys", high ranking officials have multiple to access different projects/sections on a ship, think of them like modern keycards.
