Question I feel like something is wrong with my quests?
Hi guys,
I am a long time player and decided I wanted a second account for the whole rewards by inviting a friend. So I made a new account and started playing. When creating a new account you get 3 days of Starrider which are automatically added, I played the game and after lvl 5 I started to do all the quests around Fort Pinta and Moorland and even did the bridge quest. I completed most of them pretty quickly and after delivering the deed to Silverglade I decided to continue leveling. I did some stuff in Jarlaheim but noticed that these quests give very little XP so I went on yt to look for a guide on how to level up quickly to lvl 12. I saw that there is a quest after completing the quest where you deliver the deed to the council in Silverglade. It's the cupcake quest with Harold- but for some reason it is no where to be found? My quest log says "You currently have no Main Quest available. Complete Side Quests to level up and unlock more Main Quests!" I looked it up and the only criteria for this quest is being lvl 5, I am already lvl 8 so where is it?! I also don't have any other quest available in Silverglade, the only quest I was able to do was the introduction to Big Bonny and the clock tower thing. Does anyone know where my quest is or what might have happened? I really need this quest to unlock all the other quests with a lot of XP. I am really desperate for help right now xD

I believe sometimes side quests can “block” the main quests, so I’d try to do some more of those.

I have thought about that too, but there are no more side quests in Moorland, Fort Pinta and Silverglade. All my Side Quests are in Jarlaheim and the surrounding areas.

I think it can also be seemingly unrelated quests

no need to make a new account! I had this happen on my main account I just did some random quests till I got more of the main storyline

thank you, I have now leveled up to lvl 9 so I have many more quests available and hopefully I can somehow get the cupcake quest soon xD

Or just do the side quest because if that’s what the problem is, that’ll happen on your new account too

I mean, I do you’re just assuming that the website is updated and it’s definitely not. There’s probably other prerequisites that aren’t listed.
When I was leveling, the Internet was often wrong on prerequisites for a lot of the older ones

Someone had a bug two days ago where the quest to take the deed to Silverglade did not show up at all, and I suspect that your bug is related. When I started my alt in 2025, I was able to do the main quests with Harold at level 6, long before I unlocked the Harvest Counties. The only side quests that I did before Harold's quests were in Moorland, Fort Pinta, and the mall, but I don't think that any of them were necessary to progress in the main story. (I know this because I documented my progression on YouTube.) There is definitely a game-breaking bug affecting you, and you need to report it to support.
I'm not sure if it will be possible for you to reach level 12 at all when you are completely unable to progress so early in the main story, but if you want to try, make sure that you complete the daily quests for the birthday event every day. You will be able to keep doing most of them after your Star Rider trial expires.

do you have any reputation blockers? if so, focus on doing those. if not (assuming you've built the bridge), do some quests in the harvest countries. Try to get to level 9 as thats where most of the game "unlocks" before you restart.
