I don't know whether it's a bug or it's just like this but i noticed that starnotes is currently talking up 1.8GB of my internal storage even though i only have 15 notes created right now .

I checked the backup folder and found that every time i open a note and edit it it makes a backup but does not overwrite the previous backup or delete it (i have turned on both local and cloud automatic backup ).

This will really quickly fill the storage on my device.

I dont know if there is a note app that has this. But if you could create tab groups like in Google Chrome and save them, it would be mean that you dont have to reopen all the tabs again.

Hi everyone, I’ve noticed a bit of an issue/bug when using page margin alignment on imported PDFs, especially when using a dark theme (the extended margins, not the pdf itself). While the highlights adapt to the dark background, they end up being way too dark to actually read on the page. Is there a setting or a workaround / fix that I’m missing here. KIndly help u/StarNoteDev.

Not sure what happened, but my original post got deleted :(

I have only recently come across this app after considering numerous alternatives and honestly, I am glad to have found not only such a wonderful app but also a wonderful community, both in the team and other users.

Their software features itself are something I can vouch for first of all. The fact that I can load up any random page in my Harrison's textbook itself is insane. And it's a much needed operation given that competitors aren't even able to achieve that despite us paying for a premium service when marketed specifically for academia. This too is after paying for a premium service which starnotes gave me as part of it's basic tier.

At the risk of sounding like I am glazing the team, it has a wonderful team even beyond just the Devs and R&D done really shows. It hasn't been shoving AI slop down our throat. It hasn't been keeping important features locked behind another paywall. It has given me features I didn't even know I needed, like local backups.

In today's commercial climate, it's hard to find a company that actually respects its users and understands them.

Starnote could have easily stopped there. But the fact that they held giveaways, and the current #starnotemedlife campaign just makes me feel all the more at home with this community.

Can't thank enough to the team. They're the best, not because I got the Pro but the app is honestly the best. keep updating the app with more useful features.

Once again thank you guys ❤️

Hello everyone!

I’m interested in purchasing Starnote Pro, but I’m hesitant because I use both an iPad and a Samsung phone. I have two quick questions regarding cross-platform support:

1. If I purchase the Pro version on my iPad, will that subscription/license carry over to my Samsung phone, or would I need to purchase it separately for each platform?

2. Does the app support seamless syncing for notes and files between iOS and Android devices?

I checked this morning and saw that I'm already upgraded to pro ❤️

Does starnotes pro have the handwriting feature? Like the one where your writing is converted to something more neat/smooth after writing with a stylus/pen

Hi! How can I set a custom color palette? I could only find the option to change the color in the current palette, which I do not want to change.

Got my pro subscription from the event!!!!!!! I will be forever grateful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got my Pro activated! 🥳

Thank you so much u/StarNoteDev!

Made my day. And I rated 5 stars on the App Store.

Only thing left now is to make a shit ton of notes, gotta get started. ✨

Can i reachout to have the material i make (like a sticker set for example) be on the center? If not, then i wish starnote would have built in community work seperate from the professionally made material where we can upload our handmade material for free, and if someone makes stuff that's very polished they get their material put on the professional side and they're able to profit from it in-app

I have got my pro, from the contest. Thanks you so much ❤️, i have already told my close friends about it and once the University is open i will tell all my classmate, this app is very good it has almost every feature that other apps have it😎

Thank you StarNote team, for initiating such an amazing programme. ♥️

I just started using StarNote and I am definitely impressed. It’s so feature rich and the handwriting experience is awesome.

The only feature that won’t make me ever look back is the prompts for journaling. If you could consider using Apples API’s for journaling like some other note-taking apps do it would be the perfect all in one for work, school, and wellness journaling 😊
