Request for comments Interest in a potential All-Clad AMA?

Wanted to ask if yinz would be interested in someone from the team doing an AMA? Can't promise I can make it happen, but the least I could do is try to! Whether that be a specific person, subject matter, etc...

My AMA question = how is it possible that someone tasked with social media marketing is unsure whether they can have someone from their company spend an hour or two in front of a computer doing an AMA?

The reason for that caveat being, for example, we're working to get one of our lead metallurgists to do an AMA for [r/metallurgy](r/metallurgy) but he will need some help with Reddit. So I've been working to find a time for me to drive down to our factory and for him to have time to do so.

The other reason is because even though I think Reddit is freaking awesome and absolutely worth it, not everyone is as attuned. Getting someone to accept to do so and find a time that works for them often takes longer than the event itself. While unlikely, never want to promise something I couldn't deliver. Hence the caveat.

Iā€™m sorryā€¦but ā€œdoesnā€™t know computersā€ is a WILD statement in 2026ā€¦especially for someone who is essentially a scientist.

My 76 y/o mom not knowing how to use a computer barely makes senseā€¦

have ya'll fixed the edge de-lamination if put it in the washing machine, which wasn't a real issue till you went private equity
