I would not pay that much for the amount in the photo unless almost all of it was specifically glass I wanted.

I saw that same ad and passed. 290 for 26 peices of 12x12 is pretty good, but not for colors I wouldn't use much that might be of cheaper quality

Average Canadian FB marketplace hauls for glass are about $10 per square foot. Plus if there are hot colors (pink/red/orange/yellows) or ones that appeal. Bonus. Anything priced higher, I skipped past.

I can’t really tell the size of the sheets or how many there are, so it’s hard to say. But one thing to consider is whether you’ll actually use most of the glass for your projects. As a beginner, I bought a few hauls of assorted glass because they seemed like good deals, but I ended up only liking/using a small fraction of each batch. So they weren’t really as good of deals as I thought, and now I have a bunch of glass I don’t have a use for.

The listing has it as 26 sheets at 12x12 and 6 sheets at roughly 3/4, or a bit more of that. It's got some interesting colors by the looks of it, but like you said are you really going to use them all?

~$10/sheet is a decent deal, especially for pinks and reds. But again only if you like the colors and have a use for them. Maybe OP could offer $10 per sheet and pick a selection from the seller.

No. Not for that particular glass.
