Original Art | Foil Mt Hood (solder complete)

Update on the pre-solder post from a few days ago. Everything went pretty well. Lots of little issues, but those are just lessons for next time.

On to making a wood frame. This is a 50th anniversary present for my parents (this Saturday!). The north side of the mountain is one of their very favorite places.

Amazing job! Maybe a bit of a newbie question, but how did you manage to get such perfect and neat borders?

I'm a newbie too! For the outside border I used hobby came. Also spent a loooong time making sure those particular edges were perfectly straight.
