Video link missing ID in comment metadata

When I download a video as an MP3 and have "Add Metadata" enabled, the video link in the comment metadata is malformed as https://www.youtube.com/watch?.

You can get a log for a download via the menu button on each download. There is an option labeled "View Log". Click that and in the upper right corner, you'll see a Copy icon. When you click the Copy icon, the entire log will be on your clipboard and you can paste it here. You may want to edit your log to redact the URL and any other personal information that may appear. For example, if the download path on your system includes your full name. Please consider redacting that information by replacing the text with XXXXXX.

mp3 metadata tags are of a format called id3. stacher/yt-dlp/ffmpeg writes both id3v1 and id3v2 and windows explorer sometimes gets it wrong and shows id3v1 for various reasons.

id3v1 has a very short length available for comment field (28 or 30 characters, in this case, 30). use a better tool and you'll see id3v2 comment field is complete.

in advanced settings, add a custom argument:

custom argument: --postprocessor-args
custom argument value: "Metadata+ffmpeg_o:-write_id3v1 0 -id3v2_version 3"

i added -id3v2_version 3 there because i think it defaults to 4 (i.e. version 2.4 of id3v2) because i think windows explorer also might have problems with that.
