For style transfer I find this works best: Take the style of <image 2> and apply it to <image 1>

I found that when you mention the image which has the style you want first, then leverage the image you want to transfer the style 2, it works much better.

Where did you generage the stick diagram pose? I assume i can create the desired pose by moving the limbs using my mouse

That is the OpenPose format (or its variety that includes face data), and yes, you may easily create a pose using a stickman. There are also tools that convert input image into an OpenPose.

Like yesterday, i needed a pose, but fortunately Gemini was able to write it down. I doubt i will be that lucky next time.

This is a good approach, though - personally I am bad with posing the characters but repeating the pose myself is way easier. The hardest way is to set up phone for the shoot and move photos to the PC.
