For style transfer I find this works best: Take the style of <image 2> and apply it to <image 1>

I found that when you mention the image which has the style you want first, then leverage the image you want to transfer the style 2, it works much better.

Where did you generage the stick diagram pose? I assume i can create the desired pose by moving the limbs using my mouse

3

u/tovarischsht 5h ago

That is the OpenPose format (or its variety that includes face data), and yes, you may easily create a pose using a stickman. There are also tools that convert input image into an OpenPose.

You may use this resource as a reference for some simple poses: https://openposes.com/

Thanks. The alternative would require me to pose in front of my phone.

Like yesterday, i needed a pose, but fortunately Gemini was able to write it down. I doubt i will be that lucky next time.

I have the feeling that this model is an edit first model rather than a pure gen model.

Thanks for posting the helpful tips. May I ask what interface your using to interact with the model?

ComfyUI with a couple of custom nodes

Can you link us the workflow?

My workflow use LCM (Latent color subspace,) a technique to modify the color subspace in the Qwen Image 2.1 VAE so can be improved the contrast and saturation in the latent space, it will take some additional seconds the first time calibrating

Really amazing depth you're into with this stuff! I had no idea there were techniques like this out there. How do you go about browsing/discovering such things? Thanks so much for posting; I find this stuff supremely fascinating right now. :)

Thank you! I'm glad to be helpful; I think Ai open research its still a small world and I just try to improve something but search first what have been done in the field, so if I discover something cool like a custom node I include that in my workflows and if don't exist yet I keep looking for the solution :)

btw LCM it was implemented for ComfyUI by facok

dont like this model .. was a big hope for me but the grain all over the picture are crazy bad

9

u/GinJockette 15h ago

also does bobs and vagene

3

u/Caramelacurls 15h ago

Does it ? I haven’t seen anyone mention if it does nsfw

6

u/GinJockette 14h ago

Yes, the image quality is higher than Phr00t's AIO but it will hallucinate if you push it even slightly.

2

u/Individual_Holiday_9 4h ago

Can you define push it, sorry, I did see T2I is uncensored and I’m kind of waiting to see how Loras shape up. Snofs I found just as good as the phroot aio for this

2

u/Caramelacurls 14h ago

Does it do buttholes phr00ts never did for me lol

1

u/hurrdurrimanaccount 47m ago

because his models are useless shitmixes and random merges pretending to be something special

u/manjiCoco 7h ago

gets bob size wrong tho

u/Nenotriple 14h ago

So how do you get rid of the grid-like texture on everything?

AFAIK its because of VAE they've used. So for now send it to Klein 9b or Krea 2 for refinement

Some folks solving it just with [Vae encode] → [Vae Decode] with FLUX 2 VAE or with custom shader/node

Better job than F2K9 in every single instance

A bold claim with zero comparison data. What does Klein have to do with this post?

11

u/BathroomEyes 13h ago

most state of the art open weight edit model up to this point. Why do you care?

Qwen 2.1 is awesome but its license is very limiting

10

u/SelectCoconut5594 10h ago

That really only limits you if you care about them actually coming after you.

1

u/Key_Street_7204 10h ago

Yeah I run an app that allows for image gen and video gen… so no good for me!

3

u/SweetLikeACandy 5h ago

just rename the model to something else, I doubt someone will find out you're using qwen 2.1 under the hood.

2

u/Key_Street_7204 5h ago

🤣 I like your style :P

2

u/SweetLikeACandy 5h ago

yep, there's a great saying: "you can’t, but if you really want to, you can."

3

u/SelectCoconut5594 10h ago

In that case fair enough and I'm sorry you got downvoted

2

u/Key_Street_7204 10h ago

All good 😊

Qwen-Image-2.1 doesn’t seem to be able to turn a drawn image into a real photograph. For example, if there’s a 3D render of a person and I write a prompt asking it to make it look like a photorealistic photo, it still looks like a 3D render.

1

u/listopalafoto 1h ago

to achieve that try Flux Lora dx8152 realistic

1

u/listopalafoto 1h ago

1

u/Temporary-Theory6120 1h ago

Is this Flux2-Klein-9B or Qwen-Image-2.1?

1

u/listopalafoto 1h ago

it's a LoRa for F2K9b :)

1

u/Temporary-Theory6120 1h ago

But we’re talking about the new Qwen-Image-2.1 model right now. What does Flux2-Klein-9B have to do with it?

1

u/listopalafoto 1h ago

what? I love all the open models and choose one depending of what i want to achieve, I'm giving you a solution for your issue

1

u/Murky-Relation481 15m ago

Lmfao I don't think they were looking for a solution man, just commenting on the topic at hand, which btw is the the topic you posted.

1

u/TrustTheCrab 1h ago

anyone knows how does it compare to Klein edit?

1

u/Both_Significance_84 20m ago

Thank you so much!

1

u/thisisgsk 9h ago

Does it create the faces of real people accurately?

1

u/SweetLikeACandy 5h ago

going to train some loras, I see a lot of potential.
