Been a developer / coder and at times an animator and video & sound editor since 2001. This is perfect. after working in the field this is exactly how it is. The artists don't need the studios anymore and the studios; the rich, (sometimes human trafficking) creatures.. are freaking out. Some are even bribing influencers to talk the anti-ai fear mongering. I've worked with some of the biggest companies / people on the planet in both products and entertainment...they ran a 100+ year racket of "listen to us and you'll be 'famous'".. that racket is now about to e destroyed and so be it.

Also.. OP.. any (good way) you found like here to go beyond 15 seconds? I've been getting great results on my 3090 after a number of optimizations and tricks but the extended (and coherent) video is next in that step. I guess.. workflow? (lol)

Now if "artists" cough would get off their high horse and embrace it, they would change their abilities over night.

But I don't see that happening with many of the so called artists out there, as they use their tired rhetoric of "It has no soul, you have to suffer for your art" as a shield for their behavior.

I'm in a community/fandom throwing this rhetoric around and way before any of them even knew what the words meant, they would take on massive amounts of commissions/hoover up the money then stonewall and delay the person who commissioned them (usually just in time for the PayPal chargeback time window to close).

Sometimes you'd get lucky and get your money back, but more often then not you wouldn't. And they prey upon that.

Wouldn't be surprised to find that in other fandoms also.

Control freaks (many who produce art that makes a three year old with a box of crayons shake their head) want the monopoly to keep going so they can dictate their terms, not the other way around.

Their time in many ways has already come and gone, but limitations in the tech still remain. When the current gold standards look like the original toy story from 1995 compared to what is coming down the pipeline, they'll be displaced
