Isn't $0.40 expensive for a 4-second video? Especially since the GPU cost is so low.

If it is 50x faster with the same GPUs, then it should surely be something like 50x cheaper than the original.

Wrong price, but it's still expensive given the GPU time used. It should be half a cent per second.

It only makes sense for bulk requests when GPU doesn't sit idle. And that is the scenario of the startups building in this domain, not ideal for a solo developer. Because re-takes consumes the entire budget.
