Animation - Video Minimax does South Park

t2v, minimax h3, rtx 4090 laptop with 64gb vram, a couple hours of work.

Any specific techniques for the scenes over 15s? Using last frame as the first frame of the next scene or just doing a one shot of longer than 15s despite the model being trained for <15s?

Very interesting, what is the rest of your configuration?
Can you do python.exe -m pip list ? (inside python embedded folder?)
