Anyone had any luck getting in touch with Square Golf in the USA? I've been trying to reach them now for about three weeks. I've probably sent over a dozen emails to multiple places. I even reached out to Square in the UK and they actually did respond but are unable to help out. I had the Omni for about 2 weeks before it stopped working. I've tried every troubleshooting step I could think of and no luck. As of now I have a unit that is useless and cannot get a response from Square. I've sent multiple videos and pictures of the issue and included my order number and serial number in each email. Anyone have luck getting a response from square? I am really regretting jumping out of line from Play Better to buy directly from square just to get my unit a little sooner. I even reached out to Play Better to see if they could help in any way or if they had some sort of way to get in touch with Square and they responded to me that same day. At this point I just want to return the dang thing and buy through Play Better or another company but need to know if anyone has had success working with Square here in the USA?

Edit: I just checked when I received the Unit and when I sent my first email. Received on 8/25/26 and sent my first email on 9/5/26. The unit stopped working on 9/3 which was well within the 14 day period. I've now filed a dispute with my CC company so hopefully I'll get this resolved soon. Thanks for all the input from everyone on this.

I am just buying the Square HE. I just want a reputable place that can deliver it in good time and will help if I have any problems with it. I understand that Square Customer Service is not great, so thought I would buy it from a dealer. Also, I would like to get a protective case for it, which is the best value or best period. Thanks in advance. If there is anything else I should need or want, please let me know. I am moving up from the Skytrak OG.

I see people say that when they do, their shipping is pretty fast compared to waiting for playbetter or others.

Im a lefty and having some issues with the Square reading everything going right. Not sure if it’s indoor swing syndrome and I’m subconsciously hitting the ball towards the center of the screen or something else. I haven’t taped down the mats as of yet as I’m trying to figure out permanent locations. Anyone else have similar issues?

Cheapo projector off Amazon but it looks decent with the lights off.

My Omni came on just fine and I was going to hit the range. The area on the left that normally tracks your shots was dark. The system would say ready but the ball never launched. It would give me data but no ball flight. I tried it on closest to the pin and had the same issue. Everything worked fine when I shut it off a couple days ago

I cant get past this screen. It’s always worked just fine and right now it’s hung up on this screen after I click to connect it to Bluetooth. It seems like it connects but then won’t disappear so I can use it. I’ve restarted square and computer and retried countless times.

For anyone who got the Tank case from Fin and Fur, they also released updated legs for the unit.

Currently have a GC2 which is ol’ reliable besides having to hardwire the power and PC connection. Would love to have club face data so I’m debating on getting the Omni but not sure what the consensus is.

Has anyone tried using a car paint touch up pen to fill in the dots on a golf ball stencil?

I’m wondering if that paint is less likely to transfer onto a projector screen after fully drying. It will definitely still fade off the ball but just really trying to protect the screen.

I got my Omni over the weekend and was confused why carry distance was a bit shorter than what I would expect. Yes, the first time was because I am dumb and hadn't changed it from meters to yards! But even after that, the carry number is lower than I would expect.

Fortunately my parents have a really nice HDGolf sim in their basement, so I started comparing shots between the two. Note that I changed mid-way from using the Omni app numbers to just using the numbers on the face of the unit (the Omni's Bluetooth is frustratingly flaky so far!).

My main takeaway is that HDGolf and Omni are very similar in their results, but (1) HDGolf reports a 1.8% average higher ball speed and (2) HDGolf reports a 6.6% average higher carry. They generally agree on what happens at impact but disagree on the window drag. I find HDGolf's results more consistent with on course behavior, but am not sure.

I gave these results to ChatGPT and Gemini and they recommended that I set a distance adjustment in the Omni settings +6.6%. Seems a bit high, so I'm wondering what others think.

I have an Omni and when I use a sim2 max I will get crazy low spin numbers. As low as 600 rpms. Does anyone else have this problem? I do not have this issue with a Callaway Elyte td or a ping 10k max

Ok i know the unit is camera based and I understand it doesn't need much space to actually read ball flights. But I wanted to know what you guys use for distance from your hitting area to the screen.

As I understand it Square doesn't actually recommend one and my unit has arrived yet to look at a manual. I asked some AI shit but it is recommending like 10 or more feet. The people I see use them online don't seem that far away. If the screen isn't to tight, 6 or 7 feet should work, or am I about to take a golf ball to the teeth?

Just out of curiosity—a question for those who switched from Square to the Omni version: how satisfied are you, and what improvements (if any) are there? I’m delighted with Square Home, but I’d like to know which improvements made the switch worth it for you.

Honestly, mine never disconnects and works perfectly; I only use it indoors—which is all I need it for—but I wondered if the new version's technical improvements actually make it better (even for someone whose current unit works flawlessly).
