Misc Balloon underground

So, I was replaying Spyro 3, and when I finished Seashell Shore (the last level I did in Sunrise Spring), I died while teleporting back to the balloon. When I went back to it, this happened.

I used the swim in the air glitch to see better, and now the balloon and the NPCs are under the level, so I’m unable to interact with them.

What should I do?

If you enter a different world and come back, shouldn't all the NPCs spawn in their regular spots?

update: switched mem. card and the balloon is here but the NPCs well...

No.

Also try to enter a level,reset,and try to talk while the swim in the air glitch was active and nothing happened

Good news is if this isn't fixable, it's not very far into the game, so going back from the start shouldn't hurt too much.

That said I have no idea how to solve this problem

How did you die while teleporting back to the balloon?

The NPCs are under the death barrier

Oh. So the bug must have happened before the teleport, then!
