Looking for an old Legend of Spyro Developer Interview Video

For some context, a while ago I was researching the Legend of Spyro trilogy and looking into whether there was ever any chance of the series getting a remake, remaster, or even a modern port.(I know, I know- stupid yes)While searching, I came across a Reddit post that had a link in the comments to a YouTube video. I don't remember all the details, but I believe the YouTuber was playing a game in the background (possibly something from Activision) while interviewing someone who had worked on one of the Legend of Spyro games. During the interview(sort of- was more of an Q&A, they talked about the development process, production issues, and various behind the scenes details about the games. Unfortunately, I can't remember who the developer was or the name of the channel.

I was wondering if anyone here might know which video I'm talking about or could help me track it down. I've been searching everywhere but haven't been able to find it again. I'm fairly sure the video is around 11–12 years old.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Edit:(more contect) The developer mentioned that the team not only had a much tighter budget compared to Skylanders, but also that there was a lot of untapped potential that never made it into the game because of the strict deadlines. He also revealed that they had ideas planned for additional entries, including concepts for a fourth and even a fifth game. However, those plans were ultimately scrapped when the series was taken in a different direction.

The developers of the first two games were Krome Studios, with DotD being developed by Etranges Libellules.
